Phew thats a relief the pivots are more or less ok. Apologies dont have the best camera setup for closeups. I just tried putting train of wheels together without escape and it runs very nicely.

I spent a significant amount of time searching on and around a bed/fleece blanket for a click ball from a 6105 after a misadventure... Imagine how pleased I was when I found it! (I should probably secure that now I know it can come out with the bezel off)

The escape wheel pivots do not look broken, though the upper one (left) could be worn down short? How about the escape wheel's jewels? Are both intact and what is the end shake like on the escape wheel and pallet fork?

See, the hairspring is not replaceable part, even with one from movement with the next serial number. The original hairspring is easy to repair, if it is a little bent. Even if it is broken from the stud, it can be attached to it again. That rusty movement has no hairspring any more, it's hairspring is rusty and good for nothing. And, if anything, this hairspring is good only with it's original balance. You need complete balance with hairspring. -
Pallet fork and balance are 100% fine. All wheels except escape turn. Is my escape wheel pivot broken??? I cant see anything in jewels but i have no microscope, only a cheap 20x loupe.
