No your not wrong but the people who are bidding on it are, wrong in the head or as we say in Yorkshire Barmpot's .

They do take them down but often the user will be able to put it back up. It's sad that they let counterfeiters do this.

I also hate it when they let blatant frankens/fakes from India, South America, etc.

Sometimes buyers have only themselves to blame if I was in the market for a military Omega I would do the research and not just blindly buy of Ebay. Ebay do act if you tell them but you have to tell them why you know it's fake ,I dont bother reporting most of what I see now it would take up too much of my time .

But 2 minutes of web searching would tell anyone that these watches are being made both with Omega markings and I.W.C markings

I would say that is a crappy Russian movement from the 70's
