Usually engraved on movements is the number of positions its adjusted in. I remember nickelsiver said some importers didn't want such engraving to evade extra charges levied on pricy pieces. I bought mine while in the USA, curious to see if it mentions No of adjusts or not. As precise it keeps time though, must have multiple adjusts and a chronobrade. Regs

On second thought, it looks as though the regulator is on the wrong side of the stud... but how is that even possible?

My Father in laws watch stopped working, don’t know when or why. The local watch shop said it is mechanical, it doesn’t have a battery. Is this correct? Any suggestions on how to get it going again? Shake it? Put it in the sun or what? Thanks
