That's a bit like asking - My car has broken down, do you know what is wrong and how much it will cost to repair ? What is the watch movement, when was it last serviced? Do you have pics? When you say it was working, how well - do you have a timing machine? -
I also see it as a kind of safety mechanism. I did not lubricate the springy arms. -

Strange how the movement is marked Coinhill but everywhere I look for Savory & Sons it's listed as Cornhill? -
Have you got a copy of BestFit as this is a good reference to what parts are called.
