Hello,

I came across a battered vintage watch while shopping for quartz Wengers online.  I like taking things apart, fixing broken things, tools, watches, and the movement of the spheres, so this seems like a good next hobby (currently I do amateur astrophotography).   Plus my dad fixes vintage clocks and chronometers.

Anyway, more to come on my recently acquired Empire Watch Co. Venus 170.

Thanks,

Scott

Well, hello there, Scott... We're only a half a nation away from each other.  I'm in Texas.  Can't wait to see how you come along with your project.
