WillFly Posted January 13, 2016 Share Posted January 13, 2016 I wonder what my father - who was a navigator in RAF Transport Command from 1941-1946 - would have made of this one, which I'm expecting in the post tomorrow. It's a sweet piece of engineering and, though I'll never be piloting a plane, I will certainly be enjoying the mechanics of this watch. The main hands setting and chrono buttons are on the left, and the two buttons on the right operate the upper and lower interior bezels which can be used to calculate cross wind drift (hence the name of the watch: "X-Wind").
