@Jansh Did you replace the mainspring? Did you hand or machine cleaned? Sometimes dirty pinion leaves go unnoticed. Fault in escapement, any or combination of the following, -heavy pallet lock on escape teeth or damage therein, - bent pivots, dirty jewels in balance setting ,,,etc . Actually most poor condition in escapement , out of adjust / hairspring problems , dirt , rubbing parts. -

Wow, that's a new one! I wonder if someone took the hairspring off the balance, then put the balance back from the wrong side?? (Or one of the scam youtube videos, such as how to make a watch run backwards or similar 😃 -

Partly blued got my vote. The idea can be expanded to color coding, like screws to mainplate one color, another color for ratchet or winding wheel. Though I wonder what aestatic effect would multicolored have, perhaps unsightly.

The movement after cleaning and oiling only has 190 amplitude. All play is good. What else could be the issue?
