If your assembly is midcase with rehaut / plexi / bezel then you could the method I use. 1 - measure the outer diameter of the rehaut and the inner diameter of the bezel. 2 - search on cousinsuk a plexi with the closest profile, inner diameter a little too small for the rehaut and outer diameter a little too large for the bezel. 3 - gently sand with 2000 grade the inside diameter of the plexi until you can press it on the rehaut with a tight fit 4 - remove the plexi and gently sand with 2000 grade the outer diameter of the plexi until you can press it inside the rehaut with a tight fit 5 - clean everything 6 - put a tiny bit of grease on the rehaut to help and press the plexi back 7 - put a tiny bit of grease on the bezel and press it over the plexi with a crystal press Using that method I got good results with even 6 ATM waterproofness. There's several editions of the Rolls Razor. I have one myself. The one in your pic, given the case, is probably the Silver Edition of the Imperial 2 Rolls Razor. Ones without the case were nickel. And there's several other editions as mentioned. How you tell them apart is the exterior design on the metal case. Personally, I like the Rolls. And there's some interesting facts about the company and the owner. The owner, even after the company folded took all the inventory he had of the Rolls and up till it ran out or he passed away (I can't remember which) he honored the warranty and you could buy blades and replacement parts from him. Just by writing to him in England somewhere. I heard great things about him online. Not something you see from many, especially after the company folds. You can get the blades rehoned true. A couple places do it and one offers new blades they themselves make for them. Practice on a balloon.. I did. Lol. A fresh open blade on that thing.. it'll make you nervous bringing it to you face the first time. There's a video of a guy on YouTube of a guys first time with the Rolls and what he thought of the shave.. He liked it from what I remember. Felt it was as close as he was getting from other blades he tried. So.. I "saw" a very interesting 7 day set at the antique shop where i bought my Rolls. I've never seen another like it. I don't know who made it, maybe you do. It was a complete valay(sp?) of wood, dark in color. It included the brush, cup and a rack which held 7 razors, each marked for the day of the week. The rack which was metal, and all the razors where gold plated. Or gold... I wasn't allowed to touch it but he did show it to me. Price tag was up there, I remember that. Way up there. He had it in its own display case right next to his desk. The handles and razor rack where all scrolled and fancy. It sure was pretty... Like a Rolls, as far as the blades, but definitely not a Rolls. Ever seen one like it?

Glad I could help a little bit and Yes it's is a ordinary right hand thread on them. It's quite common those are missing, as a fact I looked for one for a IWC 66 a while but ended up making one. If you look a the sqare stem you will find a small hole in it, it's where you put a thin pin in to lock the finger piece into place.

The correct way would be to let the power down with the correct size watch key, by moving the click away from the ratchet, that is located under the little plate, held by the tiny screws. Always remember with a cylinder escapement there are no pallets, so power must be released first before any attempt is made removing the balance. So you have the barrel and the bridge all together. Remove the barrel cape and remove the spring. The barrel arbor should unscrew and become two pieces, and then it will come away from the bridge. Many are not easy to take completely apart, if you find this my advice would be to clean it as it is, you do not want to damage the arbor. You have the thin plate off which exposes the ratchet, that is the part that is going to be the most dirty part and underneath. I cannot remember which way the arbor unscrews. Its over 25 years ago for me. Not all arbors have the two holes as in the diagram above. so be careful.

Search EBay for 31MM dials. Once you find one, it will generally offer you options below the listing for associated things like cases and hands. Most cases will tell you what movement will fit. Four dial feet offers you a wide variety of movements/holders to which you can adapt the dial to fit. RMD
