Already found the replacement jewel. It is a bit thick so my next job is to shape it to size

By the way, i have tested it without the jewel seated and the balance spins nicely.

Thank you, I really enjoyed the videos, especially the second one showing fitting a rubbed in jewel, I've read lots about it, but never seen it done before.
