advice needed for where to find watch part please

Hi All

I have a Maurice Lacroix Masterpiece Reveil (similar pictured) and need a replacement escape wheel (which i understand is an obsolete part)

I am told the model is 22197 with a cal AS 5008 (5611)

Would anyone on here have any ideas where I might source the part, the watch is lovely and I would hate it to be the end of its journey through life. (the movement has an integral alarm which may make replacing the whole movement difficult also)

Thank you for your time

Dan

The best thing to do is contact as many material dealers as possible.

Here is a good start: http://www.watchrepairtalk.com/links/watch-clock-repair-suppliers/

The Part number is 705 and the base calibre is 5001.

I could not find one at Cousins or on Ebay. You could try May at Northern Watch & Clock Supplies - she often has long obsolete parts. https://www.linkedin.com/in/may-moorhead-69887b38

if it is the AS 5008 (as it appears to be from my own research) I think these guys may have one, but I can purchase from them http://www.boley.de/en/caliber/watch-movements/as/397?search_caliber=5008

Interesting PDF on the site which appears to list the part number as 705, where as the boley part number appears to be different

The hunt continues
