Means positive voltage and the screw likely holds the circuit board in place.

After polishing the pivots & inspection for wear etc I put the plates in a ultra sonic cleaner. After this I then check the holes (bearings) for cleanliness using a loupe. The final check is to check for wear making sure there is not to much shake. If there is then I re-bush the offending ones & check again. I do have a watchmakers lathe & generally make my own bushes & also use it for the polishing of the pivots.

I have gave My Daughter-in-law a nice NOS Ladies Zodiac diver . This one is a quartz , but Zodiac has nice mechanicals also.

It is. I replaced the band on her watch with a Zuludiver band. I liked it so much, I got one for mine too.

Ive found a fairly local Co that can make one also unprinted for less than 20 bucks, and can probably even make it out of Sapphire too if needed,--I'll check with 'em when I take the case to them, I may as well get a few made, and experiment/find a printer for the logos etc....
