watch still losing time after service

Hello, I've serviced a FHF st96 movement. But after servicing the movement is still two minutes slow (24 hrs). The regulator is at max. Tips? Thank you all. Sincerely, Hans

Can you post a timegrapher (or equivalent app) picture? If you do not have one, you will need to get it.

Also, check the hairspring terminal curve is sitting inside the indexing pins! A common fault.

If it is the hairspring that is at fault you need to shorten the h/s a little and re-pin it. You will then need to set it in beat.

Yes , frequency F is a function of L the hairspring's  length, (inversly proportional)

     F=f(1/L)

Shortening the hairspring length increses the frequency . Runs faster.

 But as oldhippy stated  " if it is the hairspring "  If the problem turned out to be none other than the length of hairspring.
