here is the issue...an ETA 2824-2......all is wonderful...until i tighten down the auto bridge.. then i can no longer handwind the movement...the crown will not turn at all....with it removed or just lying loosley the movement i can hand wind the movement just fine..all reversers working without issue....the watch is timing  quite well...no issues with that...i did a cleaned/oil/adust...fresh-mainspring..once that auto bridge is tightened....crown stops rotating....i did swap a winding pinon for an eta 2167 or such....however i don't think this would cause a problem since handwinding is fine....thanks i am so frustrated...

Is the auto working before you screw it down? Are you sure you are using the correct screws because it sounds as if this could be the problem. Make sure the auto wheels are meshing correctly and are free; sometimes the two very small wheels need a very tiny drop of oil because I have found in the past they tighten up. I think it is a screw problem so check that first. Let us know how things go.

Are you sure you are using the correct screws? I have seen auto bridges where one of the screws is longer that the others. If you don't put that screw in the correct spot, you can end up with the kind of problem you are describing!

this sounds like maybe a screw has been put inand its touching something else, e.g. too long and protuding into another component, loosen screws in area and try, see if that makes a difference

When you lay down the auto bridge manual-wind the watch a bit. The wheels teeth will mesh together and you will hear it go in place.

If you have tightened the crews all the way, you might have bent something.

      I am sure you agree that,    " physical reality is actually made up of structured information "  which defines the states energy may  realize in prescribed  states.      Universe is committing suicide then most of its functions stops, but what we know as  gravitation remains, thus ( as he concludes)  gravitation proves of no essence  for actualization  previous functions universe used to work according to.   No doubt mathamtic systems man has deviced  is basic and not neccessarilty correct . But if universe is informational,  its also computational.   Then we have something thats has no essence and computation systems indicates it as virtual.

      Oh that is lovely, thank you. I also just cracked the crystal and lost one of the shock absorbers, so its gone in the separate baggy of 'maybe-one-day' 😄 I did learn the valuable lesson of not disassembling the shock absorbers. My next one is a Zaria 1509B. I think this one I'll take a bit more time with cause I'll need to source a couple of bits. It's also scary teeny.

      More data on the oscillation tests: Vertical: 15-20 seconds…Abysmal Dial up: 1 min 15-30 seconds Any thoughts @nevenbekriev @JohnR725? My next thought is to oil the balance jewels to see if that helps. It’s certainly one major thing left that I haven’t done.
