Two piece stem for an Elgin

I have looked at all the regular suppliers and only Esslinger comes close to offering a female stem extender for a two-piece stem.  However, when you try to scroll to it, it does not appear.

I was hoping for a stem extender kit that included some two piece stem components.

This seems like it should be such a common need.

Hi Big watch shop.

 I have made female or male stem by cutting and soldering or superglue  together head and tail out of  a available two piece,  then other half of the stem ( female or male) fits into each other and  coupled together as good as they were originally suppose to.

Usually cut a piece of long crown tube, with all thread inside, screw the head and tail of the female/ male stem into the thread and solder/  superglue  the joints,  the result is a strong son of gun, stronger than the stem itself.

If not clear I can show a sample.
