lol, the surge protection is something else I'm working on. I make a recess with this type of grinding wheel then glue a washer in place. The glue is just secondary as the recess and wheel should hold it in place anyway. I know it's not pretty but it works.

Thanks Andy, that's what i was afraid of, thought that might be the case. Dare I ask how you've inserted a piece of metal, and kept it there? I presume the surge protector document isn't related to this?

Not really. If I had gone to aliexpress I probably would have found them at 50 for $5 but I just spent 2 minutes on ebay instead because it is easier to wade through. But day to day right now, nobody ever knows what we're going to be paying for this stuff. Interesting! I just assumed I would mostly be using 0.2 or 0.3. I'll have to dig around for some guidance on how to sharpen them but don't wish to drag this topic further afield.

I've used these in the past it's just a case of having the right chuck.
