Hello, I'm new and Question

Hi,

I just bought an antique Remontoir Cylindre 10 Rubis which was a watch, but I'd like to use it as a chatelaine (see pic). It's not working, however, I'd like it to work. I have worked on clock movements, made clocks and watches in the past, however, this is smaller than anything that I have worked on. I also sew and use a variety of crafts for my creative outlets. Glad to be here.

Edit: Does anyone do repairs?
