Doing my bit for the industry

The Master Clock and Watch Makers of Western Australia Inc (Association) had there AGM late last month and prior to the meeting I had it suggested to me to apply for the Secretary position.

I had been thinking I would like to do a bit more for the association so agreed to nominate myself and as expected I was elected unopposed.

Just last weekend I got access the the association email address and have just started taking up my roll this week.

I've already got a number of tasks lined up and I hope I will carry out the roll well and great a good sense of satisfaction from it.

It's certainly one way for me get more involved in keeping Horology live and well within Western Australia.
