Certina Water King Square shape need glass ..

Working on a nice little Certina with square shape, and wounder where to get a new glass??  Somebody that have some leads??

The measure is 25,46 X 25,46 from the outer edge to edge

Hello,

I would check Germanow-Simon catalog. There are two I saw  that might work : CMS 975, CMS 980. Check on page 70. You may be able to get help by contacting GS, but I see you live in Norway, so it might be difficult/expensive to get the crystal.

Those are not that easy to find. Have a friend that has a lot of spare parts for Certina. Maybe he could have a better one.

Have any reference number on it? There was 5 -7 different versions. Inside the caseback is the number i think.

He is checking. Says it's a 23050 021 model. The 021 are from 1962 . Fingers crossed.

I'd buy 1 or 2 that are sized appropriately and gently sand edges down.

You won't find the certina glass.

Nope he didn't have any left. Says the 021 crystal is hard to find.

24.56 mm ? esslinger has 25.4 inch square glass blanks for $4.99.close enough for government work. shaped glass watch crystal blanks sku 20154-2  one mm thick. But I am not sure if flat would work,

Haven't found one yet. Some say GS or Sternkreuz could have one.

Try Sternkreuz RX2552556. You'll have to sand it down a little, but it should fit....make sure you measure that original crystal again to confirm.
