hi, 

how can I set the beat error on this movement?

there are two screws at the balance cock that I don’t know how to use in order to adjust the beat error which is 1.6. the amplitude is 300 degrees and it runs +- 10 sec.

The two screws are for the stud clamp, holding the stud. To adjust the beat on this watch you will have to move the hairspring collet on the staff.

Lovely movements, these. 1.6mS is not a bad beat error. You could just leave it as-is if you wanted. Sounds like you've got excellent amplitude which is most important.
