Valjoux 72 hairspring

Hello again gents, I have a question about Valjoux 72 hairspring , what Is the identical part to fit this cal? I only need the hairspring due to I slip during regulating the beat and it can't be properly restore.

Typically with most watches you cannot buy a separate hairspring. Then for this watch is at least two different balance completes. Notice in the parts list attached part number 721 has timing screws. But in the picture in the link below it's a different balance wheel with no timing screws. There is also a  note on that page that there is different balance wheels.

mine also have the timing screw and Breguet hairspring style
