Are there watch making conventions in the United States?

My father goes to jewelry conventions all the time for IJO. Are there conventions for watch makers? I am going to sign up for the AWCI, and I know they have in house education courses, but are their any conventions? There has to be, right?

Yes there are, but I don't know how often or where. I was invited to one in New Rochelle, NY by someone at this site but has since moved down South.

Yep, AWCI has an annual convention. This year it's going to be in Chicago, I might have to sign up just so I can take advantage of if being local!

Cool, I am going to sign up for AWCI!! I want to go to conventions, but their monthly courses are a must too!

AWCI just had their national I believe. Another organization that has both national and regional conferences is the NAWCC. Those are the two main organizations in the U.S.
