Photos In Posts,

How many photos can you include in a post? I just completed a post with photos from Photobucket and when I had finished it told me I had too many photos, I deleted half of them and still the same message.

 

I can't find any thing about how many you can include only that the Max single file size for uploading is 1GB and I wasn't uploading only linking, could somebody please advise?

Unfortunately I can't answer your question Max, I suggest you PM the boss Mark and ask him. Tell him about the number of photos and file sizes you are trying to upload, and hopefully he should be able to help.

I think you have the answer already. The sum of the pictures and text can't be bigger then 1 gb?

Surprising to know that for just linking there is a limit set. It takes a programming effort a bit above the average to enforce that.

It is built in the quota of every member storage "allowance" if it is enabled and the admin wants that regulated or setting a limit by member, group, OU or whatever depending on the OS. It will also generate a log. Just simple administration. I used to do that with my users in my network...now someone else does it at the old place.
