First a swatch irony undertones of omega speedy here I think needed a battery popped it in and away I went!

Second a 1970 Zenith Sporto with the in house zenith 2542 17 jewel movement on a rather snazzy strap picked up from another forum it has gone straight to the top of my favourite watch list level pegging with my heuer 1000!

I can't seem to stop taking pictures of it!

What do you think? Very different each one but both have their merits!

The Sporto is still reasonable in terms of price! Very affordable for such a quality watch, also the size is large by 1970's standards so doesn't look dated as I think you will agree there is another one I was watching on the bay at the moment if you are interested?
