Can't Remove Link Pins

Hi all.

I seem unable, after removing the screws on the links, to remove the pins.

All the how to's I've seen say to unscrew the screw until you can get some tweezers on and pull the pin out, I cannot budge it...

Any advice, cheers.

What kind of link and for what kind of watch? Maybe it has been glued with loctite?

It's a new aftermarket strap.

Is there different versions of the 'screw and pin ' type?

This has an actual screw, albeit about 4mm long, I can remove that but then nothing else seems to budge!

Many different kinds of screws and links . Is there a screw on the other side of the link ? Or leave a little of the screw screwed in and gently tap on it with something that won't mark the metal . To see if the sprint comes out on the otherside? 

A picture would be great ?

Just one screw on one side, I never thought it might come out the other way!

Ok. Here's some pics.

I haven't tried pushing out the other way as suggested yet as I'm at work.

I've not worked on this type of bracelet, but I wonder if (under the screw) you're dealing with a cotter pin.  The tip-off would be if the end of the pin seems split on one side only.  If you see that, try pushing it out from the other side.  That is, push from the side which does not have a split end.
