Where Do I Find Which Incabloc Parts ?

Where to find this ? I have plundered almost all of my old movements for springs . I need to have some spare parts . Last time i orded some from Cousinsuk . Ended up with a funny looking Incabloc spring i have never seen ? There are different numbers on them ? But where do i see which numebr fit my movement . This time it's a AS 1188 .
