Welcome to the forum, that is a vintage watch that needs a lot of repairs. The pictures are not clear but I think the hairspring is either missing or badly damaged which makes repair very difficult.

Hi and welcome to the forum.  The watch as clock boy Said is needing some major repairs. That is to say it’s not impossible for it to be done, dismantle clean and oil  new balance and spring, also mainspring and other associated parts, probably costly and time consuming and probably not cost effective. But depending on your skill levels and patience do able but at a cost.

good day, after a long search I found a watch of a very similar caliber, mine is 81-24, the donor's watch is cal. 81-26, we'll see how it turns out. I have a question, the hands have partially fallen off the ilum layer of the radio, what would you do to leave it in the original condition? or remove the rest from the handles? or covered with a new luminous. color? thanks for the opinions...

Though Helvetia 81-24 has center second and the 81 is subsecond, balance completes should interchange, the two staff s might vary a bit in height and pivot diameter.

Will you show a picture of 81-24 ?   lets see if its of the same grade as the 81.

Whatever , 81-24  and 81-26.

Google translator says:

I received a functional watch, not in very good condition, but the movement is nice and functional Hel.81-26 watch as a gift, the wish came true and the Helvetia is already ticking nicely.

That looks like a LOT of radium on the dial !  Take the necessary precautions.
