How to change an eb800 speed

I have this eb8800 movement that run way to fast, but there is no indication on how to adjust it. Any of you know how to adjust the speed on this movement?

 Move the regulator arm closest to the beat adjustor arm ( mobile stud carrier ) to speed up the  oscilator to fastest, if it still runs fast then, you have a hairspring issue.

Hi as you look down on the balance (picture), there are two projections , one at six oclock, this is ths balance spring stud and ond at nine oclock this is the regulator (two pins) .  this moves in an arc around the periphery of the balance spring (outer coil). Moving it towards the stud will lenghten the spring and slow it down and moving away from the stud speeds it up. If the stud support moves this alters the beat of the movement, the tick and toc and will have an effect on nthe running of the watch.
