Check the file size. also the type

Just to be clear, what the topic I have linked before is about is to inform that the only attachments supported are images (JPG and PNG are the formats normally used), and documents in PDF.  Nothing else will work.

Again: no video of any format can be attached. If you absolutely need to share a video, post on YT or other platform, then post the link.

I don't think photo's would help i think you need to see the leaver dropping into the count wheel and skips from 9 to 9-30 then drops in, also the stop pin will send photo's gladly if you think it would help .

So it goes from 8-30 and then to nine goes to drop in the slot does a little skip and stops at 9-30, hope you can understand all that and hope the photo's help.

Hmmm there's nothing glaringly obvious.....def need a video lol. how about a gif? it may be enough to show us what happens. If levers are jumping then it's worth checking teeth to make sure there's no damaged, bent or even dirt in between them that may be upsetting the movement.

Hi thanks for the pics, As roger said nothing obvious, the lever is dropped cleanly in the count wheel.  Normally when they skip somthing is blocking the lever and it fails to lock properly allowing it to skip. But as yours only exibits the problem at 9  to 9.30 is a bit odd. Are all the other lockings clean and correct.  I should look for either somthing blocking the long  lever or kicking it up so a to release the count, check its operation for the full length and the interposing levers etc.

Yes all the other lockings are ok  thanks

This lever is not parallel to the wheel, so it stops the pin on the wheel at an angel so it could cause it to jump which can cause the strike to act up. Way to much solder on the hammer causing to much weight. A very bad soldering job.
