Hello from Europe's most western coast...

Name is Joao and I'm a long time watch enthusiast.

Not an horological expert, I don't have enough knowledge nor all the necessary tools to undergo extensive and complicated jobs, I can do small things on a watch and I try to learn and experiment a little, whenever possible.

That's why I've decided to have a go on this forum after almost a year on the shadow here and at Mark's youtube page, thanks a lot for that by the way.

Not at the moment, I used to drive a classic car but sold many years ago.

I only ride classic motorcycles nowadays... british ones mostly.

What make of motorcycles. Reason I asked about the car as I have a Lotus. Not a real old classic, but getting there.

Hi Michael,

I have downsized my "collection", currently I own a BSA B31 only, but also had a Goldstar and a Triumph T100S a few years ago.

I also ride my friends bikes... Norton's and Ariel's mainly.

Lotus is a very nice car... depending on model, could well be a classic. Have a soft spot for the Europa.

Father of a friend of mine had two BSA Gold Stars. Was rebuilding them. One for himself and one for his wife. He has raced in the Classic TT on the Isle of Man.

My Lotus is a 1994 Esprit S4.
