Hi all,

I found your forum when looking to buy an SKX looking at timing and regulation issues I might be letting myself in for and was amazed at how helpful you were. Now my SKX 7S26 has developed it's own fault and thought it was time to stop lurking and ask for some help.

I'm basically an amateur everything based in the UK who likes a value watch but doesn't mind tinkering, probably to my own detriment. I was expecting my journey with automatics would mean learning to regulate but up until now they all run within tolerances.

Hello Andrew and welcome to the forum, If you are thinking of watch repair as a hobby or even as an interest I have attached the tech sheet for the 7S26 and a general glossary regarding watches. I you venture in to the horologic word there are plenty of members on this site to help you along and over hurdles.
