Yep, hand presses.  Looks like a nice set too.  Are they sprung a little, to have a bit of give to them if you press down rather hard?  I'm in the market for a new set, so I'm getting ideas for what's out there.

They are?  (Feeling silly now.)  I didn't even know they made tools for those little springs.  I suppose they make a tool for everything though.

I think the KIF tools have three little bumps sticking out to "grip" the spring for rotation.

I think they are hand press tools as well.

Are there spare tips in those plastic cases?

There are 1 spare tip on each little container
