Thought these were screwdrivers but they are not. No blades just a plastic or nylon donut on the end.

Yep, hand presses.  Looks like a nice set too.  Are they sprung a little, to have a bit of give to them if you press down rather hard?  I'm in the market for a new set, so I'm getting ideas for what's out there.

They are?  (Feeling silly now.)  I didn't even know they made tools for those little springs.  I suppose they make a tool for everything though.

I still need a good answer, shock springs or watch hands. I’m leaning towards shock springs although the box has size markings???

Hi JD   these are the bergeon hand setting tools  and they are very similar.  Other makers tools may differ in design.

I think the KIF tools have three little bumps sticking out to "grip" the spring for rotation.

I think they are hand press tools as well.

Are there spare tips in those plastic cases?
