Would you oil the stem of minute wheel of ETA 2824?

Recommended Posts

I found that the tech sheet of 2824 did not suggest watchmakers to oil the minute wheel stem (Please point out if I'm careless and get the sheet wrong) but I've seem someone did that before. Personally I would like to oil the shoulder between the pivot and the stem because I guess that's where have a considerable amount of friction. So what would you do to achieve the best performance?

Pivot is to rotate in a hole or jewel, wherever two parts rub oil is needed, seconds arbour isn't suppose to rub on anything, it stops the works if it dose.

A coat of epilame protects against rust and if I understand nickelsilver right he coats all metal parts of the movement.
