Seconda case back.

While waiting for a good clock project and the rest of the tools I thought to take a look at these Russian watches.
I have a couple but noticed one is missing the back. I have no experience of these beasts and naturally have a question.
 

Do the ring holding the case back have the same threads on all Russian watches of the same size?
If it is can I take both the case back and ring from a similar and just screw it in place?
Is there any accurate source where one can see which case back fits to this type of case?
The diameter on the threads is 33.6 mm, inside it's a 2427 auto winder from the 2nd Moscow factory.

I can measure a Vostok if you like. Could maybe have a Sekonda case also .

Hi    Cousins uk and Gleave & Co have a liberary of tech sheets and also Esslinger  in the states.

Vostok is only 32mm .

Not sure these have parts for a Russian watch case, some movement parts but that is what I found.
