Eta 2824-2 movement are faster

Just bought new watch from Adriatica 

the 8202 model 

it have an ETA 2824 movement 

I wonder if it’s faster like 12 to 16 sec per day is normal ?

12-16 can be normal... It can be regulated to narrow down the timekeeping and, in case it hasn't been already serviced, it can be serviced which should also improve time accuracy.

All in all it depends on a couple of factors. Watches can stay in storage for years which might affect timekeeping, slightly.

A new watch may need to 'settle down' and you may see better performance in a few months time.. Or it may get worse!  Anyway 12-16 seconds is OK.
