Hello all, I'm looking for a new screwdriver set. I'm curious as to what everyone would recommend. I've used bergeon and liked them, what is the best set for maybe a 5-10 hours a week watchmaker. Looking for something that will work for all watches and will hold up, steel blades I would think are best. Any advice would be appreciated

How strange, I never found necessary to dress the blades. I've replaced it once, after 1 year. Anchor brand, very cheap, works great.

Before buying an expensive set of umpteen sizes, make sure you have an use for them. For example, on the Seikos I work with, I use almost exclusively 1.60. I do not consider necessary to have a brand/fetish brand to wind up the barrel or such other trivial tasks. Once, I've bought a "quality" driver of an odd size for an one-off job. It has been sitting there since then.

I use the ergonomic Bergeon set. Absolutely love it. To dress them I use the horotec sharpener. It's suppose to give you a T shape but I manage to get a normal V shape from it just fine.

I would absolutely recommend Bergeon which is what I use. But I have a set of six Anchor drivers I bought some years ago which I can't fault in anyway
