Keeps falling of. There are only two small tabs to hold it to the middle parts. Should it be glued or am i missing something? As the click spring is can't be reach from the little hole? I need to put the disc on after i have put the middle part on?

Your not supposed to separate the pieces. You will either have to replace the part or put it on a staking set and make a few tightening rivets. I suppose epoxy would work too (just a few tiny dabbs).  To install the disc you just sort of lay it on and rotate till the lever gets moved into position under the hole and use a dip oiler or something small to move it.

You put the day disc onto the pinion, and gently press it down every whilst rotating, and then when you feel it drop into place, then you fit the retainer clip, which clips to the lower part of the hour pinion.

Probbly did wrong when i removed it. Lifted at the end instead of lifting in the middle part. where the 2 holes are. Thinking i could solder it to the inner parts. If i remove the paint a little. The heat shouldn't  destroy the other part of the disc. And only a little solder is needed to make sure it stays on.
