Has this been photo shopped

Spotted this on the bay & if I am not mistaken it has been photo shopped to hide damage to one of it,s jaw faces. A common fault with these if buying used.

Well I'm useless because I can't tell.  If I were thinking of the purchase I'd contact the seller to confirm the condition.

Doesn't look photoshopped to me. I think it's the lighting/flash playing tricks. I zoomed and saw nothing weird. Maybe I missed something.

It's a matter of option but I would not purchase until supplied with a clear pic. The jaw faces of this tool to be effective should be perfect & un-blimished, if not the tool is next to useless. I rest my case.

It does say " one side near the end of the jaw is a little rough "

The top of both jaws need to be perfectly smooth all the way along to give a good result.

You will get a perfect one if you are patient.

I also thing that it is way overpriced.

Clearly not photoshopped. Seller looks completely kosher, even mentions roughness towards one end.

 

Probably usable but agree with Clockboy.
