Just Snapping Up Another Little Bargain

I like doing a daily trawl through eBay - looking out for wristwatches of little known origin or provenance - for some nice little bargains can be got. Here's one that arrived this morning - a French-made watch from the Sussex Watch Company. Never heard of them? Me neither, but a little research reveals that it was a company registered in New York that imported watches made for them in France - a bit like Gruen and Wittnauer were imported into the US from Switzerland. Anyway, this one's 17 jewels, hand-wound from the 1960s and in very good condition. Running beautifully so far - and only £15. What else could you buy for £15 that has such good design and solid, unassuming workmanship in it?
