Reversing Wheels, How To Clean And Lubricate?

How to clean and lubricate reversing wheels like this? For my Citizen 5240.

Sorry for the topic title . Messed up again :)  Could ultrasonic cleaning work and then 9010 diluted with Naptha (100 to 5) ?  I have read that somewhere ?

I clean them along with the disassembled movement, but if you only need to clean these, then maybe lighter fluid soak for an hour?

I cleaned them in naptha in the ultrasonic . And then i put them in naptha and a little 9010 . A ratio of 100 to 5 . I will let them dry before assembling them . Will lubricate the jewels with 9010
