A bit of super glue usually works.

I would put a dab on the end of the threaded part and screw the crown in.

If you've got shaky hands then be careful as it's possible to get glue in the wrong place and end u with a stuck crown. The correct way to do this would be to remove the case-back and the stem (threaded portion still in the watch). That way you can hold the stem and thread the crown on firmly with the super-glue without the risk of it getting anywhere it shouldn't.

I always think that Loctite is a bit too permanent. ( Assuming you mean Super Glue )

I would dismantle the stem and crown, clean the threads thoroughly then use a drop of Loctite Thread Loc and reassemble in the movement.

When reassembling, hold the stem with pliers across the square and tighten the crown using good finger pressure be be careful not to use too much for as you could snap the stem.

This product will hold permanently but still allow you to dismantle it at a later date should you ever need to.

LOCTITE DON"T use SUPERGLUE.

Medium strength (Loctite 243) is perfect as you might want to undo it again. For extra strength Loctite 638 .

Loctite does release with the aid of heat but why make things complicated.
