Howdy from Ohio

I am passionate about watches and clocks and all things tiny and mechanical. I am taking up restoration of watches and clocks as I approach retirement. I have a long line of Sessions electrical clocks to restore and a half a dozen family watches to put back in working order. Presently a member of AWCI, NAWCC, and the BHI. I've been taking courses at AWCI and NAWCC. I'm halfway through Mark's first 3 WatchFix courses and plan to work my way through the BHI distance learning courses. Ultimately, I hope to be CW21 certified, but realize what a daunting challenge that is!

I keep thinking that my restoration workshop is completely furnished. Hah! Fortunately, I'm a toolaholic - this seems to be the right sport for me (antique tool restoration is a hobby of mine). I'm presently restoring a late 18th Century topping tool. Anyway, Howdy, All! I am glad to be a member of this community.
