Hi !

I have noticed in some of my watches (screw down crowns watches) the crown is a little wiggley but not too much. When full pulled out is more clearly observed. I can move side ti side very little the top of the crown around the stem but they work pretty fine (pull/push adjustments and screw down).
I suspect this behaviour is related to the spring inside the system of the crown attachment.

I would like to know you though.

thanks,

osbaldo Barbosa

If the watches concerned are Wostok Amphibia's then this is perfectly normal.

For more info try Googling "amphibia wobbly crown".

Thanks. Actually it happens in a Baltic, Davosa (too little), Aristo and Lorier. All with screw down crown

So its just the button moving on the stem. Are you sure its the correct thread?

Yes. Actually in the gif the crown is pulled out in the time adjt. Position. When screwed in the thread the crown stays firmly fixed.

When screwing to lock it or pull it out it works perfectly, but the button has this behaviour

My Lorier Neptune has similar issue and Lorier support replied me this completely normal.
When the crown is pulled out it moves a little around the stem.

I dont know what makes this happens

It looks the same behaviour. They say it is a clutch to protect bending the stem while operating it. It seems the same here
