Newbie diving in

Hello,   I stumbled across a youtube video and a 100 or so youtube video's later here I am.  Some tools are still in the mail, but I have found a few pocket watches locally and can't wait to get started.  I apologize in advance for any dumb questions I ask that you've heard asked a million times and yes I promise to search the forum first.
