I wish all the wonderful people in this forum a very cheerful holiday season, a merry Christmas, happy Channukah, joyous Yule, or whatever you celebrate!  I have been blessed with more time to spend among my loved ones this year than I have had in many a year past, and it has been marvelous. 

There is nothing like being surrounded by, and obsessed with, watches and clocks to make one aware of the passage of our most precious commodity - time.  It is a magnificent gift which costs us so little to give, but can mean more than many others.  I have no watch from my grandfathers, I have other little things, but they only have meaning because of what I knew of my grandparents.  And I knew my grandparents from the time they spent with me.

Hardly anyone knows time the way we do.  May these clocks and watches always remind us that time itself is even more valuable, more fleeting and more scarce than we like to recall.  Look to your loved ones during these holidays, and enjoy the time that they are a part of.
