I'm looking for a hairspring that fits both of this movement does anyone know where a could find some elgin and waltham 15/0s?

Your quest is difficult to say the least. A donor movement of eBay could be your best bet. Getting the correct strength and size of hairspring is really difficult because you need to know what strength and size of spring you need and measurements are difficult to achieve accurately.

as those are American pocket watches what you need is the serial numbers. Then depending upon when they were in existence you can look in the parts catalog and figure out which hairspring you're supposed to get. But finding something for watch made possibly 100 years ago that will be the challenge.

looking at eBay I see one of the hairsprings. also on eBay is the movement starting at around $20 in various conditions needing repair
