Hey everyone, I've just starting repairing watches as a hobby after finding the Nekkid Watchmaker, Wristwatch Revival, and then Mark's videos on YouTube. I've serviced a few low-end mechanical and quartz watches so far. I haven't yet worked on anything more complicated than manual-wind, time-only movements. I did fix a balance wheel rubbing issue by straightening a mainspring thanks to Mark's videos and am pretty proud of that; it was even on a tiny ladies' Bulova! Anyway, thanks for all of the great advice on here as I've been lurking for some months now.
