Just want a quick expert opinion on the movement, if is in bad condition or still servicable ? (seiko 6139 6002)

One can't tell visualy. Look like there is some corrosion in are the area covered by thw weight, which has to be removed by pictures, or more pica taken.

From first indications there is some discolouration / corrosion but it doesnt look too bad and will look a lot better after careful cleaning. Looks recoverable.

 Parts to chronograph complication and the bridge are in demand hence pricy, other parts can be scavanged off of the big family of its varients. 

You wouldn't know before its disassembled, however, being a mechanical chronograph they are collectible, so worth a shot.
