I'd like to replace a bezel with one that has the numbers but does not an insert, all one piece but I'm not sure what this type of bezel is called. See photo.

watchweasol, That was an informative site now maybe I can explain myself better. I’m looking for a count up bezel that incorporates the numbers as part of the bezel itself without the need for an insert.

No matter how you want it there is no guarantee that another roting bezel will work on your watch. Many sizes must match if you want it working perfectly. One can start removing it and measuring to see if anything else may fit. My personal opinion is that the effort would not be worth, as the original bezel is fine and should be kept.

Hi The advice given by jdm is good, the original bezel was/is part of the design and was designed to enhance the watch. Changing the bezel will probably not do that. Also the finding of a bezel to suit the fitting you have got could be a problem.

Seiko modding is very popular and easy to do.  Have a look at this site https://www.namokimods.com/ (I've never used them so this isn't an endorsement).  Get in contact with them; your case might be compatible with their range.

Or how about you buy the separate bits you want and build your perfect watch?  We'd all love to see your progress with this on the forum.
