Better than meditating?

Hello, thanks for having me around.
I have been collecting watches for a few years and am now swamped in the things. 
Most are of them are vintage and most of them need servicing!

I’ve just taken the plunge and destroyed a few of the movements, but to my joy and surprise after a few failures I actually got a basic 17 jewel Swiss movement partially stripped down, rebuilt and it’s running!

Ive since followed that up with another success, only to hit the rails on my current project. I’ve taken on a watch with a date wheel. Putting that back on is proving to be a mystery.  Hopefully I can ask some advice on the relevant section?

Funny you should say 'Better than meditating'.

Most of Mark's videos have peaceful music playing them. I know I play ambient music (not mine unfortunately) when I am working.

I am watching the National Clock & Watch Museum YouTube videos and in the background? Keyboard.

Seems to be a common theme.
