Tärnan Oceanographer .

Anyone in here got a Tärnan oceanographer ? They where popular in 2013-2014 .There where about 200 made but seldom see any off them around .

Nice but I would probably swap out the hands... maybe some snowflake ones would look good? The gold hands look 'lost' in the othwerwise all stainless construction. If not for the gold dial markings I would guess that they were replaced at one time.

 

I'm not really fond of two toned watches but this one needs a bit more.. maybe a two toned bracelet? Bezel insert?

The watch is original with this hands . http://www.taernan.com/index.php/oceanographer/.  I had one more of this before and tried to swap hands but could find any that looked good . This number is 2 in the series of 50 .I said 200 before but only 50 where made . Number 1 was sold in an Ebay auction some time ago .

A rare watch indeed Roger, and not one I had heard of. Because of its rarity, I would keep it as is. B)
